What we collect
- Order information — name, email, shipping address and order contents, when you buy.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. FIVOR never sees or stores your card details.
- Usage analytics — pages viewed, approximate location by country, device and browser type, and how you arrived.
- Correspondence — what you send us by email.
Who processes it
- Shopify — checkout, payment and order fulfilment.
- PostHog — product analytics, to see which pages are useful.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising measurement, so we can tell which ads lead to orders.
Each processor holds data under its own policy. We share only what those services need to function.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for the shopping cart, analytics and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart requires them to work.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis. Email correspondence is kept until it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@fivors.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA; we honour these requests regardless of location.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
